Haldor Topsoe A/S has defined a two-tier management structure: The Board of Directors supervises the performance of the company, its Senior Leadership Team, and organization on behalf of the shareholders. It also participates in formulating, revising and reviewing the company strategy.
The Senior Leadership Team is responsible for the daily operations of the company.
The Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership Team are separate, and no person serves as a member of both.
